Well.. I still have it, and when I do I just listen to something relaxing. Anxiety= stress, really. So find out what's stressing you out to the point of having anxiety attacks, first.

JacopeX, you need to find a way to, should stress overrun your day to day life, just get to yourself and chill for a minute. Be Zen, y'know? Sometimes, playing a game or instrument, as DarkC has suggested, is extremely helpful, and sometimes it helps to do as I do: Lock myself in my bedroom and listen to something mellow, like Pink Floyd's "Dark Side Of The Moon" album. True that it doesn't work for all of us, and it's not always an option. So, if you begin to feel stressed, slow your breathing, though not to a dangerous level, and just relax for a minute. Clear your mind of any uneasy thoughts and just let everything in life that you love flow through your mind... like KMC (heh, sry, was gettin' too serious, had to crack a joke...) Seriously, though, if none of these suggestions work, try checking with that therapist they've appointed you to and see what he/she thinks, as well. Run a few of these by them, if so you deem necessary, and see if they agree. And above all......... Chill. smile
