Curses...I think I may have blown all my chances with the Judgment of Celestial RPG. I gave it my best shot. I put so much effort into that RPG. So go and ask Advent (who got the full plot for part 1 of 3 of the Judgment of Celestial) and he'll tell you that the story is huge. I had so much influences for this story as well as ideas that came solely from my own head. I can't even name you all the influences for the Judgment of Celestial.
Many things have influenced the story of the Judgment of Celestial. The Bible, the Lord of the Rings, the Hobbit, the Silmarillion, the Legend of Zelda series, the Fall of Lucifer series, the Halo series, the Final Fantasy series, the Sonic the Hedgehog series, the Super Mario series, Star Wars (movies, books, and games), more recently Gears of War, the Devil May Cry series, Norse and Greek mythology, the legend of King Author, Merlin, Beowulf, and so much more that it seems impossible to name them all.
I have wanted to tell this stroy for about 2 years. Only once did I get close to doing it...but even then I had to take out a LOT of the story and plot because people begun to lack interest (thanks in part to Dyingstar being an SOB to anyone and everyone that actually tried to be "human"😉. I guess the Judgment of Celestial was a failed project from the start. I have worked on this story since the seventh grade (that's over 5 years now!!)
I can't help but look through my old notebooks with a basic story of a man named Jack going out to stop this unnamed evil and how the story progresses to become much deeper than just a good vs evil story. Soon I created my entire world with its own religion and history with the Golden Age (1st Age), Silver Age (2nd Age), and Bronze Age (3rd and Current Age). The cast of characters I have made for JOC is now over 100 characters.
I look back at all my Celestial projects. From the story of Jack in the Judgment of Celestial to Elijah Diadem in the Legend of Celestial series that focuses on the Silver Age. The tale of the Chosen of Celestial never got fully told. Heck the first JOC I had to remove the Tower of Aon and all about the Chosen of Celestial to keep the story moving fast enough to keep it going just a little longer.
I have made a ton of RPGs: Thriller, Gears of War, Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Smash Bros, Ultimate Warrior, Battle of Evermore, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars: Shadows of the Republic, the Perfect Warrior, and yet it has become clear to me that I have ultimately failed at becoming a great RP creator like JacopeX, Wild-Cherry, or mycoreisdark.
I will never give up on trying to tell the story of the Judgment of Celestial. No matter how long it takes the story shall be told. That's all an RPG is really; a story. It's just that the readers have a bigger role in the story then if they were just reading a novel. They actually have a say in what transpire.
So I come before you now, the KMC role-players; asking for help to make the Judgment of Celestial an RPG that is capable on being called one of the greats like Ultimate Hero or Gotham City. I know I'm no one's favorite RPG buddy but I ask for your help.
I know I didn't put much work into this but I took a bunch of clips from Final Fantasy (7 and 13) and from Halo 3 to make a little vid:
