Alpha is always before Delta when it comes to position but of course delta is before alpha if there is an elite group called Delta and not an elite group called Alpha 🙂

My cousin gave it to me right before he went to Iraq. So it's kind of a keep-sake if you will.

I can not find it on the internet either 😐

When I search for Alpha and Delta all I can find is that Delta means four and Alpha means one 🙂

Any information on Deltas, Seals, and Rangers have been removed from the internet. Can't really let valuable info like that get into the wrong hands.

The reason they are the highest is because there is no Alpha unit 😛

I said VALUABLE, not basic.

and I have to stress once more that Delta is a rank.

I had to study military branchs, ranks, squads, manuvers, hand signals, etc. for about a week and a half JUST to get into an advanced ROTC program.

If different units is considered different ranks then I can agree with you 🪩

Example: Delta Force. Led by, "Delta L.T." Bridges.

And P.S. there is a Alpha unit. It's one of the lowest default units you can be in.
