What does it say when you try to upload it?

Is it the dimensions of the signature (width and height) or is it the file size? It sounds like the file size which needs to be 50 KB or under.

In that case, you'd just need to reduce it, which is simple.

Make sure they are smalled than 50 kilobytes and that they have maximum 540x150 in width and length 😊
