Which is what I was saying about the UN. Quasar didn't use multiversal power becuz there was no multiversal use then. Same exact freaking thing.

the UN's energies are at the same power level at ALL times,
nullification is nullification at any scale.
The only difference between Multiversal nullification and Universal nullification,
is the amount of area being affected.
Both with the SAME result ... Nullification.
