Respect the Elders of the Universe

This thread is dedicated to powerful and enigmatic beings known as the Elders of the Universe. This thread is dedicated to the Elders as a group rather than an individual member due to the Elder’s relatively low appearance count, but I’m going to try to steer clear of feats involving the Infinity Gems unless they do something particularly impressive with them. Alright we’ll start with a feat that‘s applicable to ALL of the Elders…

This is the Elders describing talking about reforming after being reduced to atoms and eaten by Galactus…

I’ll get things going with the jobber of the Elders, the Champion. Now I’ll admit that Champion’s good showings are few and far between, but he does have a couple of decent feats to his credit…

Easily counters an attack from Mantis(one of the most skilled h2h combatants in the universe) and then actually manages to capture her in something resembling a Full Nelson…

Champions fight with Thing. There’s a little PIS involved(unless you really believe that Thing is more durable than Sasquatch or Colossus) but it’s still a cool fight to see. It’s also worth noting that in the first scan Thing says that the Champion hits harder than anyone else Thing has ever fought(and specifically mentions Hulk and Surfer)…

First we’ll have a look at Ego’s first run in with Galactus. Ego loses and is saved by Thor(I’ve left out everything after Ego goes down), but it’s still not a bad showing on his part when you consider the opposition…

I know that the Runner has his own respect thread, but I’m including him anyway because I don’t like the thought of leaving any of the Elder’s out of their own damn respect thread. But this is all comes strait from the Runner’s respect thread, so most of the credit goes to Inhuman for these scans…

Runner defeats surfer almost effortlessly. Seems he was toying with him.

Surfer realizes that runner is much more powerful than he is. He is brought down to his knees and is defeated. Runner didnt look to be going all out at all.

ps. - This battle was without the space gem.

Thanos has never been speed blitz by surfer, but runner was able to do it in this fight. Yeah , i know he had the gem. But lets look into the gem for a sec.

The elders didnt really tap into the gems full powers. some didnt even know they did anything at all. Or rarely taped into any of their power.

-Runner comented that he would SOMETIMES be so fast he was at a certain place just by thinking it. meaning instant travel. Meaning those specific times he would tap into the gem.
-In the thanos fight. I dont recall runner instant traveling. Im pretty sure he blitz thanos with his own speed. Because like I said before the elders rarily taped into the gems powers.

Thanos tells runner that the gem didnt make him faster. It sometimes allowed him to instantaneously teleport. mentally.
That means Runner was always as fast as he apeared in this fight. He only taped into the gems power sometimes when he would teleport. He didnt teleport in this fight at all.
Thanos turns runner into an old man via the time gem he has.

Well bro all his powers were in his weapons he didnt have psionic powers like the other Elders and he was left stranded on a planet with no tech. So he was ****ed

If it wasnt for the Surfers ability to affect matter Surfer would have lost.

Ok since he's the one that's taken the most grief about losing to Surfer, next I'll cover the Obliterator. And while he HAS lost to Surfer, Surfer's never been able to beat him in a strait up fight. The first time he won by transmuting Obliterator's weapons and teleportation systems and leaving him stranded on a deserted planet. And the second time Surfer actually ran away because the Obliterator had somehow aquired some "Power Cosmic Proof" weapon systems and there was nothing Surfer could do to stop him.
