It's a completely online imprint that accepts user submissions. The submissions are then voted on by other users and winners get 1 year contracts from DC to continue their webcomic.

I'll be joining and writing if I find an artist to do my characters for me. i can draw my ass off, but drawing a comic is tought. Takes hella time.
