I know nothing of Byrrah. Based on that bio he is very formidable though. If his feats support him being labled as a master of all Atlantean forms of combat then I think he would clobber Bats without prep. However please forgive me if I am wrong but I have never heard anyone on this site speak of him as a premier Marvel martial artist.
