Season 7 episode 7/2 "KARA"

Thnx to K-Site for the title. I'm not feeling this whole "Kara" thing. 😐

thnx to secretagentman:

Kara expects "Kal-El" to be a baby upon her arrival. She first looks for him in the nursery at the hospital; later, she thinks little boys at a playground may be Kal-El.
- After about two seasons of very little interaction, we finally get a scene between Chloe and Lex.

Supergirl is cast.

thnx to K-site

People Magazine has revealed that Laura Vandervoort has nabbed the role of Kara, a.k.a. Supergirl, in the upcoming seventh season of Smallville.

"She's a combination of beauty, intelligence, a certain warmth, and great attitude," Smallville co-creator Al Gough told People. "We've wanted a character to shake things up. She may be Clark Kent's cousin, but that doesn't mean she's going to be the obedient one!"

22-year-old Vandervoort might be most recognizable to fans for her role on The N's Instant Star.

Here are a couple of better pics. 🙂

Meh. Not exactly what I pictured.

Thats hot.

Same here

She's hot (nice boobs too) but this has already been done & the way it was done was sort of...well....stupid.

She's very gorgeous.

Let's hope she can act as good as she looks.

Tom Welling isn't that good of an actor and Smallville has been on the air for what almost eight years.

i dont think she is that hot to be honest...

thnx to K-site

The CW's Official Description: "Kara"
Airs October 4, 2007 on The CW

CLARK MEETS HIS COUSIN KARA KENT AND VISITS JOR-EL — Clark (Tom Welling) and Lois (Erica Durance) discover Kara’s (Laura Vandervoort) spaceship but before they can open it, Kara appears and knocks Lois out. Clark is shocked after Kara tells him she is there to protect baby Kal-El. Despite Kara’s appearance, a despondent Clark decides that without Lana (Kristin Kreuk) there is nothing keeping him in Smallville, and heads to the Fortress of Solitude to begin his training as a superhero.

However, Jor-El tells him Kara’s father - Zor-El, who is Jor-El’s brother - is evil and Kara is dangerous, therefore Clark must stay in Smallville to find out why she came to Earth. Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) makes a stunning discovery regarding Lana and Project 33.1. Allison Mack, Aaron Ashmore and John Glover also star. James Conway directed the pilot written by Todd Slavkin & Darren Swimmer (#3T6302).

I think Tom is a good actor but has a lot of potential to be better.

Yea agreed. I really just don't see whats so great about her. To Barbie dollish for my taste I guess. She's got nothing on either Allison or Erica. Hell I'd rather have Annette O'Toole really.

😂

Same here. Shes still hot though. Just not as hot as anyone else.

hmmm I'm not so excited about this. Maybe if they had Cat woman, or wonder woman or someone a bit more bad ass I might be more interested.
