Joker vs Lex Luthor twist

If you swap Joker to be a Superman villian, can he do a just as good job or better of trying to learn/kill Sups as Lex.

Now it you take take Lex and put him to be a Batman villian, can he do a just as good job or better of trying to learn/kill bats as Joker.

Since Lex has been after Super from the beginning of time, joker gets the same time allowed.

Joker has been after Batman for a while, Lex gets the same time also.

what would the outcome be?

neither both heroes survive any villain u put in front of them. but id think luthor is the more successful one here.

yeah Jokers not quite as smart as Lex Luthor is. I doubt he'd be making half the inventions and discoveries.
