Sounds possible...but whatever happened to Master Chief's bubble shield? It will make Dark Samus relentless attack uneffective.
How long does the bubble shield last?

It lasts for quite a while.

An actual estimate please.🙂

I don't remember because I haven't played the beta in a while...*Tears* Somewhere in between 45 seconds and 1 minute and 30 seconds. Maybe more, maybe less.

Remember that Team Slayer match we were in on Coagulation you were being pretty wild.

Oh hell ****ing yeah!

"Blue Idiot are you really an idiot?"

"Hell yeah Chico!"

You guys play XBOX Live together? Oh and Dark Samus is uber powerful she can stall them for more than 1 minute 30 seconds.

Samus & Chief can definitely come up with good plan to put Dark Samus down in the time it takes the bubble shield to disable. Unfortunately I am currently obsessing over KOS-MOS and am spending time learning more about her.

KOS-MOS RULZ!

Dark Samus has a lot of durability so she would last longer than a minute in a half.

And the Chief and Samus have a lot of durability as well. Besides all I said was that they could just sit there pointing and laughint at Dark Samus while they come up with a plan to dismantle it.

Samus is also fast and can dodge shots, but they would have to come up with a quick plan if the shields only last a minute in a half. Remember, DS is only a diversion from the real threat, Arbiter's stealthy beam sword kill.

That would be a problem if Samus didn't have so many visors.

I anticipated that. They would be focused on DS and while Arb would be hiding behind a wall while they were behind the shield and then when DS is able to fight them while they are focused on DS Arbiter runs up with camo on and carbine out, switches to sword and takes one of the two out in one move. She won't have any visor that will allow her to see Arb on while fighting DS.

Wrong.

Thermal Visor
The Thermal Visor allows Samus to track targets by their heat signatures; blues and blacks are indicative of cold temperatures, yellows and whites indicate sources of great heat. The Thermal Visor is most useful to Samus in low lighting and poor weather conditions. It can also be used to track cloaked enemies (e.g. the Shadow Pirate) or find hidden power conduits that can be activated by the Wave Beam weapon. The visor can also be used to locate alternate targets on many enemies (such as an Elite Pirate). These targets sometimes yield more damage to the opponent. The thermal visor becomes "whitewashed" (filled with bright whites thus impairing vision) in places of extreme heat, such as in Magmoor Caverns or in battle against Thardus, the boss located in Phendrana Drifts. This visor includes a targeting reticle, an energy reserves readout, an external threat assessment gauge, and ammunition reserves displays.

X-Ray Visor
The X-Ray Visor first appeared in Super Metroid (as the X-Ray Scope), allowing Samus to scan the area around herself to discover hidden passages and blocks that could be destroyed by certain weapons. The X-Ray Visor appears again in Metroid Prime and allows Samus to see through some materials, detect invisible platforms, see in the dark, and track spectral entities. It can make things somewhat confusing and does not have as long a range as the Combat Visor, but it makes moving around in the dark considerably easier since all platforms are white against black. Many mechanoids can cause interference with this visor. This visor includes a targeting reticle, an energy reserves readout, an external threat assessment gauge, and ammunition reserves displays.

While using the X-Ray Visor, the bones in Samus' right arm can be seen through her arm cannon (as well as her left arm when using the Grapple Beam). As an added effect, this visor reveals how Samus switches between her various beam weapons — to switch, she moves her fingers into a configuration matching the icon of the beam she wants to use.

Besides she can switch visors on an instant.

By the way I'll be back later. I'm going out to get something to eat.

Well, this post is useless since it was meant to counter a typo I made.😛 I meant that she wouldn't be using those Visors while fighting DS whose a distraction for Arb to get an easy kill.

Yeah I think that Arbiter's energy sword could give him the win. Too damn powerful.

Basically the scenario in my mind is that Arbiter comes up with a plan for the less intelligent DS to follow. DS ambushes MC and Samus while MC uses a bubble shield to buy time and attack DS while it's up, the minute in a half it's up won't be enough to take DS down of course and when it's gone DS will attack them relentlessly causing a distraction for Arb camo up sword put away to sneak up on them and whip out the sword to one shot one of the opponents and DS and Arb will team the remaining one and kill them.

But I don't recall giving either team prep. BTW the Shotgun can easily fend off the energy sword.
