The reason I never gave up on love.
She is
The greatest give from heaven above.

Darlin', you are many things to me
And all the reasons are plain to see
You complete me in every way
And only in your arms will I stay
I just want to say I love you
And I will till this life is through

Very nice, I like it.

My only criticism would be that the fourht line of the last stanza seems a little off. It seems a bit too long when I read it.
Maybe something like "And in your arms, I'll always stay"?

That said, overall, it's very nice work.
