thats not the point, were not talking about max skills, were talking about skills much better than another player and that someone gets crushed and all his stuff stolen

you dont need max skills to be someone new to the game

There will be "noob areas" that will probably be well guarded to counter this. The idea of high level raiding parties attacking the newbie areas 24/7 is very unlikely.
