Dunno. I don't know enough about Ayane to say. I know a bit about Scorpion, though. Quite a bit. Mortal Kombat is my favorite fighting game.

I would say her Nimpo has shown more capacity for destruction.

As for the actual fight...Ayane does have skills to fight Scorpion H2H for a while. In fact I think she has him beat in H2H skills.

Scorpion is undead. He could pretty much fight for eternity and not get exhausted. If Ayane wants to take victory, and a non-burnt body home she better end it fast.

As for the Nimpo blast...it would most certainly do the job of blasting Scorpz to smithereens. However it takes her a short time to pull it off. Yes...it's not that long...but Scorpion can easily stop her in her tracks with his spear.

Scorpion's fire attacks are stronger and, I think, more versatile. However Ayane's nimpo is more destructive. And Scorpion can teleport, so I don't see how her building destroying powers can help her all that much, as they're not instantaneous.

*sigh*

I hate it when people overrate the time it takes for Ayane to unleash her ninpo.

You can't take slow-motion sequences and calculate them as if they were in real-time.

And your right, you can't calculate slow motion sequences. So were did you get the 5-6 seconds from?

The video was only in slow motion at the before she performed her ninpo and right when she's about to use. All that conjuring was in real time.
