imba.
isn't that that game you play where there's a bar and you have to like, get under it without touching it? And everytime you do it they lower the bar a bit?
Anyways, thought this was funny and has to do with Soul Calibur...
Originally posted by Blax_HydraliskI believe they were banned from tournament play... I cant say for certain if that was because they were unbalanced.. but if I had to guess I would say they were probably imbalanced.. they got put in 'after' soul calibur 2 was "done" (it was a great game but a few characters just trashed the rest of the cast)
Oh, unbalanced. Yeah I could see that...Were the last cameo characters unbalanced? Link, Heiheichi and Spawn?
considering that yoda / vader / apprentice are being developed with the game.. it might be possible they'll have a chance to balance them.. but because its coming straight to console and not getting tested in the arcade, we'll have to deal with what the internal-testing says is unbalanced or fine... which as you've seen with soul calibur 3, wasnt such a great idea
so hopefully they'll either make sure its fine tuned by having fighting game vets test it.. or offer updates via playstation network / xbox live / etc....
but I really doubt that
street fighter 4 will be more popular because it will be more finely tuned, having more arcade test time before it hits consoles, IMO
