yes, they do interact. Lucifer is above the Wrath of God...so, Spectre can not pass judgment against him.

dc and marvel are completely different on how they do things. i like the different fantasy worlds and appreciate both of them...i love them for being different.

spectre was seen in the sandman comics wasnt he and he once told spectre to bug off when he was moving the moon or something he's higher in power because of who he is he's one of the presance sons and was suppose to be his successor.

with prep thanos definitely takes this. he would have a plan to neutralize the spectre, as characters like etrigan and asmodel have shown us. not hard to fool the spectre here.

Its very possible, He would have to have prior knowledge of the Spectre and it also depends on whether their is a host. Without a host the Spectre is more susceptible to being manipulated.
