What they should have instead of the death penalty is a WAAAAY harsher punishment. They should put the special 'love and care' taken into concideration that only a BDSM dom (male of female) could do. They should be tortured and maimed and then put onto one of those chairs that has sharp spines in it with bricks in their lap. Then strapped to a normal chair naked and burned with cigarettes in tender areas. And after that is done, after they are begging for death to be free from their whippings and beatings....deny them.
Because hey, "Cruel and unusual punishment" is all perspective. I mean hey, to the dom they're just showing them their own special brand of affection. 😉
