Are they serious....?

Perhaps it is only here, and perhaps not. If it is only here, then I still think it is dumb, but whatever... For those unaware of who I am, I am a soldier in US Army currently on assignment overseas as part of OIF/OEF.

Anyways, I have seen a handful of people, all of which listen to music of and dress in the hip-hop persuasion, who have been wearing socks and sandals. Is this everywhere? Do they not understand this is the most commonly recognized fashion no-no in the world?

Call me crazy, but have we as a society stooped so low that rebelling against all fashion faux pauxs is the new cool thing to do? Please, help me to understand.

NOTE: Mind my spelling of "Faux Paux," I am not that good of a speller.

Haha. "Faux Paux"

This boys parents should be ashamed. Who would allow their child to wear a shirt that looks like a 1970's bathroom rug?
