Psycho Drive amped Bison would give Gill trouble IMO.

in bison's ending in capcom fighting evolution he kills gill with the mega psycho crusher and then f*cks off but later you see gill resurect himself and he all so resurected himself after akuma nailed him with the raging demon at the end of sf3

sfa3 bison vs sf3 gill would go to gill 8/10
bison is much cooler than some anti-christ/dajjal rip off!
