I just thought that Sun-Eaters only ate Suns. The kill planets by deriving them of their sustenance. Leaving them cold and dead. Ego is an anomaly as he isn't dependent upon an external energy source like a sun. So I'm not sure it's even viable. Just my 2 cents worth.
