Why does the "report" button still say "to moderators" beneath a moderators post rather than "report to Admin"?

Because that's not how the report system works, basically.

Peculier, that a moderator can be reported in the first place, surely no other moderator is going to be able to reprimand another anyway or is it just a system flaw?

Well, so far there has yet to be a single report made against a mod that was actually justified.

But whom justifies it? Surely not Raz, I cant imagine you getting a report back on yourself then forwarding it to him to wait for him to come online (he only comes on every week or so does he not?) to see if he agrees that you were wrong and should be punished.

Well, you obviously do not know how the report system works.

All moderators and Raz are able to view all reports. They aren't sent by PM to a specific mod or anything like that.

Furthermore, Raz has moderators around for a reason- so that they can patrol the boards for him, because he is a busy man. Hence, 'to moderators.'
