I think they actually did that already - if I remember what one of my friends told me correctly, they made a game of the last RE movie (Regeneration?) for the iPhone.

Degeneration I think, well that one is actually like the games atleast, but I think Nemesis meant the live action ones with the psychic zombie killing girl.

One of my friends from high school wrote an iPhone app. I was playing it on my friend's phone earlier tonight, it's actually quite fun. It's like a cross between minesweeper and tictactoe.

There's a lot of fun little games and apps available for it.

Same here. I saw this one Doom game on it that looked like a much crappier version of Doom 3, which convinced me that iPhone games aren't nearly as good as they're made out to be.
