I did, but not when I was five. More like when I was 15-16. And even that was rare.

Though, of course, the ESRB did not even exist when I was five years old, so yeah.

I haven't. I bought RE4 and Eternal Darkness on my 17th birthday. Before that, nothing higher than teen.

How old are you?

I played the Diablo series and a few other 15+ games at the ages of 7/8 roughply. I was certainly very young.
