Yeah the Godblast slowed/stopped him, but Thor's GB is stronger than Link.

No I believe she could absorb his powers. She absorbed Ares' powers very recently and he's a Greek God.

Also, Cain's powers do not come from himself, they come from his connection to Cytorrak, so it would not make sense if she could IMO.

That strength would have to be significantly high. Cain's strength is already incalculable, only things higher than Cyttorak have been shown to physically effect him.
