I honestly doubt after paying $4 billion Disney would want to shun away the main audience buy trying to impose on Marvel; lets not forget that without the comic fans Marvel would be dead in the ground...bankrupt....kinda how they almost ended up in the 90's.
If they do start trying to mess with Marvel then they will loose an already fickle audience, Marvel have been making changes recently that have been downright horrible and have turned many people of there stories and publications. I'd like to think Disney would like to make that $4 Billion a wise investment.
