And if you were able to read the thread, Rapidash pointed out that it was against the rules, and Gumachi (very stupidly) said he didn't care.
Also, my experience? 90% of the time that someone attempts to brag that they are "much smarter" than someone else, they're dead wrong. Especially when said person cannot be bothered to use proper spelling, punctuation, or capitalization.

"It's just the internet" is not an excuse. It doesn't take any extra effort to type properly. If you want to appear intelligent, then using correct grammar and spelling and so on is rather important.
And it doesn't matter. If someone breaks the rules, then they should expect for it to get reported. Deal.
its just the internet is a great excuse. it should never be taken seriously, i mean that is why you hear about the kids commiting suicide over myspace.
if you break the rules fine expect to be reported, but the reporter should just do it instead of saying that "oh i wasnt going to do it but you made me" crap.

No, it's not a great excuse. It's not an excuse at all. And the stories I've heard about kids "committing suicide over myspace" are not as simple as you're making them out to be.
If he had not claimed to not care and edited the post when Rapidash pointed out it was inappropriate, she wouldn't have had anything to report.
the suicide stories are that simple. if those kids didnt take the internet so seriously then they would still be alive. i mean seriously. a guy on the internet that you never met in real life says he hates you blah blah blah, then you kill yourself? that is called taking the internet too seriously and it directly lead to her death.

No, that's not quite true. The most famous case of it, and the only one I can think of off-hand, was a girl who had already had a record of suicide attempts. The mother of someone she knew made a fake profile, pretended to befriend the girl, and then turned on her. That's not even close to being as simple as you claim.
Don't talk about things you know nothing of.
Obviously, a bit of empathy for someone who already was suffering from severe depression and had made suicide attempts in the past is too much to expect from someone. It was not a case of "taking the internet too seriously". It was a case of a supposed adult messing with the head of a girl who already had issues.
One day you will realize just how wrong you are about...well, a great many things. Or so I hope. But right now, your ignorance about how the human mind works is disturbing, at best.
