How can he copy Pyon's powers? Pyron's powers come from what he is, he is no longer a mortal creature with special powers, he is a Cosmic Fire Elemental, he would have to become one himself to use Pyron's power. Also, Pyron is vastly more powerful than everyone in JLU, hell, he's more powerful than most of the DC universe in the comics. Pyron has eaten numerous planets across many galaxies, is over 200,000,000 years old, and can grow to a size that dwarfs the Andromeda.

He copied cosmos which I consider being pretty much what it is. If Pyron is what he is and Cosmos is what it is, what makes you think Amazo can not copy Pyron's self since he copied Cosmos self.
Amazo in the end of 'The Return' grew to massive size as well and since he copied the powers of 'The Atom' he most likely could manipulate the atoms surrounding him to grow to incredible size.
If he is capable of destroying the universe, I believe he is powerful enough to manipulate logic and grow in sizes beyond comprehension.
The Android is too massivly more powerful than all of JLU, as he did not break a sweat crushing them all.

2. So he can measure up to Pyron's size cause he created a tiny dimension? No. Jedah absorbs dimensions in his right hand and can reconstruct it, he can't grow to Pyron's size, why should Amazo? Also, Pyron's abilities completely come from the state he has evolved to, he would need to be the same as Pyron to do it.

1. He did not copy the universe. He copied the energy that the universe is made out of and therefore possess the power of time and space. Which is pretty much infinite.
2. You are placing incorrect words out. A dimension is not tiny, you know. I do not know who Jedah is but the reason I believe Amazo can grow to that certain size is because he once was a machine. He has no organs that need to be preserved, which leads to the conclusion that he is as good as only 'flesh'. As seen in the very same episode where he returns, Amazo can grow in size and since he possess infinite powers of time and space, together with the powers of hundreds or maybe even thousands of heroes and who-knows-what that he bumped into as he traveled the universe, there is nothing stopping him from growing for all eternity if he so wishes.
Considering the fact that he uses every power to the limit. He outspeeded flash when he first got his abilites. He outstrengthened Superman the moment he got his powers. He was a more rapid and skilled mindereader than Martian Manhunter when he gained his powers. What this means is that he is highly advanced and can master the powers of others better than the ones that actually owns them.
3. The point to why I said it was limitless was because he could destroy it all. He knew the secret and could end it. That is better than swiping a galaxy per punch and try fight of the infinite.
4. The reason I believe Amazo can hurt him, is because once Amazo reads Pyron, he will not only gain his strengths but also his weaknesses. By gaining his weaknesses and possessing Martian Manhunter's wisdom together with 'The Atom's knowledge of nanotechnology, he can easily read his own body and abilities and therefore judge the weakness. Out of judging the weakness of himself, the one that he does have as the powers from Pyron is 'fresh', he learns how to defeat him. Amazo can adapt and build immunity to his weaknesses.
Pyron can not. I would not be surprised if Pyron considered his weaknesses nothing, but Amazo would learn them all and by using his overabused powers, end the life of Pyron.
