Sorry mate, not possible. First of all, time doesn't pass on that bridge, it's part of the Kokiri Forest and time stands still there. If you don't believe it, check the Obelisk (one eyed statue) in the Forest run out to the bridge for a minute and check the statue again, time will have stayed the same.Second, even if time did pass and you played the Sun's Song however many times it took to equal twenty in-game years, never was it designed for Link to age at all unless the Sword is pulled.
And Third, I am one of those morons that have tested this theory more than once and in more than one way, so I know first hand that it doesn't work.
It is true however that Ocarina was incomplete when they released it and I'm sure at one point the programming was there for Link to be able to beat him. There were lots of things that are now hidden in OoT, but only available through CC or emulator hacks.
