I think you have it wrong... the giants could stride over mountains, and just because the moon wasn't flying toward the ground at super fast speed doesn't mean it didn't have a good orbital velocity. Certain things just couldn't be shown with N64 technology. Either way it's a world wrecker, but we have no idea how big Termina is anyway.
