you cant make up protection unless its in the game, if there is no protection stated then theres none...otherwise ill just make up some moves for kain if its all the same then...what makes you say not all souls can be taken?...by who?..kain has taken humans,vampires,demons, Dark gods (hylden were named such) so theres no reason or evidence to suggest otherwise

Did you also pay attention to the part where I mentioned that he copy the powers of whoever he sees? How he learn their powers and build immunity. He is basicly a being with no weakness. He has powers beyond Kain for certain and if Kain can drain a soul and Amazo copies his powers, then so can Amazo.
If you counter this statement by saying that Kain is resistant/immune to soul-drain, there you have it.

All the things Kain has, Amazo has, combined with more and a system that build immunity to the weaknesses of his foe.
its still suspect that he could absorb magic, also is this process instant? mastering and gaining immunities i know are not.
and no kain is not immune to soul drain, he has ressitence but the only way to kill kain, which is why he can beat many characters no matter of their powers is to take his soul.
also no, not all the things, time control for one...thats a thing kains sword has, i have not read evidence to prove he can take the powers of an object..the sword allows time powers, kain could turn time to a crawl and easily take Amazo soul before Amazo can react

infact doesnt as you say Luther blow Amazo head off with a bomb? obviously the robot is not of a durability beyond all things so even kains sword may be able to damage it.

There is also no way to sneak up on Amazo, as he know the powers of Martian Manhunter! He have countered magical approaches before and if he can, an android that take and in many cases increase the powers of the counterpart can. If Kain was approaching Amazo, he would know, no matter when or where.
You are talking about defeating the being who has increased powers of Superman and Flash, together with Martian Manhunter who can turn etheral and other things, along with the powers of Dr. Fate who can master magic. He also can summon forth the mace of Hawkgirl along with traveling dimensions. The only time he ever had problems, he decided to move himself a million lightyears away and he did it in a matter of seconds.
Sneaking up on the droid is unthinkable. So is outrunning and fighting heads up. This is a battle that Kain can not win 😉
