So you're going to not answer the question, as a simple "yes" or "no" would do. I'm sure I reported No End so many times (well over 10) for direct flames, but 8 random warnings are more than enough for 3 bans, but now all of a sudden 10 reports aren't enough for a single temp ban? 😕
And I love how I get randomly attacked/insulted for simply replying to posts made to me. 😆

Yeah, one that put my mother in the hospital. Ironically she works in a hospital. Seriously it's not a good one so much as a stupid ass one. It's common knowledge at my mother's hospital that she is afraid of snakes and has a bad knee. One of her co-workers thought it would be a good idea to play a joke on her. She walks up towards her and tells her "Guess what we caught outside?" My mother starts backing up and the woman reveals that she has a fake snake in her hand. My mother goes "Yvette put it away please." and takes a step back. The dumb ass smiles and takes another step forward. She backs up again and asks her to stop but the idiot steps up again with that same stupid smile on her face. My mom turns around trying to run, hits the copy machine, falls and twists her knee and now she's in the hospital and out of work for a while. The woman starts crying about how she didn't mean to and I'm like "What made you think playing a joke that scares doctors and nurses who are on the clock was a good idea?" My mother is too nice, she filled out the incident report and left the woman completely out of the situation and made it look like she just fell on her own. When I got in the room she was talking to her superior and I corrected that report and told him what had really happen.
Look, I'm just going to state this now and hopefully the idiot will stop socking.
Just because you report something doesn't mean it will result in a warning. We look into things before acting. We're not going to warn every time someone says "idiot".

Your warnings were not "random", they were well earned and you should have been permanently banned long before you were. You collected five warnings before your first ban. And afterward you continued the same behaviour. So yes, your ban was well earned. And the fact that you've made so many socks in the intervening time span does nothing but reflect poorly on you. You had more than enough chances and it is no one's fault but your own that you blew them.
I actually managed to get two in the wee hours of the morning, minor things, but usually I'm the Fool, so it was a nice change.
First one was with some old Gaia buddies I hang out with via IRC. It was late, so I'm sure fatigue had a factor in making it work. I said that the guild we all met up in (which is still surprisingly active 😬) was gone. Just, like...not there anymore. The dialogue that followed was short and pretty much the following.
My friend: "What? *goes to check* ...**** you"
Me: "APRIL ****IN' FOOL'S, MUTHA****A!"
Shortly after that, I managed to convince one of my local friends that I had performed a hit and run. He was only fooled for a second, but I still got him. Probably because we were communicating via text. 😆
