Dropped it in the sink when I was doing dishes years ago, and it still worked. Another guy left his outsdie all winter. =| It still worked in the summer. Gameboy, too. Oldschool Nintendo shit was made to last. @_@

I don't know why, but I always end up beating opponents to their last Pokemon, then I let my whole team die except for my starter so that the two can duke it out. 😐

I haven't played a pokemon game in a really long time... I'm afraid to, their too addicting. Personally, I think Pokemon games suck out your soul.
I have been playing Pokemon World Online for awhile now.... it's pretty beast, despite the server is down all the time. I cant wait until they update it and let u go to all the regions. Right now, its just kanto and johto. 🙁

I'm still deciding on either HG or Pt team usage for online battles. 😠

Eh, don't think it makes much difference which cartridge you battle on. I'd probably go with HG because it's the most up to date.
