Darkseid kinda won in the last episode of JLU.
He had Superman ensnared in some pain matrix or some shit, and Clark could do nothing about it. He and Lex teleported away somewhere of course.
Still, Darkseid had to merge with Brainiac in the first place to beat a non-holding back Supes. Though I wish Darkseid was above Clark period though.

Yeah. He beat Superman pretty easily with the Agony Matrix (I doubt anyone else on the JLU would have survived it to be honest).
Darkseid was not a match for Clark physically though. That much was made clear.
