Heroes like Thor rival Superman, and Silver Surfer is even more powerful.
Both Marvel characters.
There are also far more powerful beings in Marvel than Superman, same with DC actually.
Oh, and the difference between DC and DBZ is that the DC villains were almost always established as being more powerful than Superman, and have generally consistently been, in DBZ each villain was just more powerful than the last.
I do not care if you dislike Superman, but of all things why would it be his power level?

But even after that, Superman's Rogues Gallery's power level relative to his own is generally consistent, Darkseid being his physical rival at the least but having far more overall power, Doomsday being physically on a level Superman could never match, etc.
Now characters have gradually gone up closer towards the PC levels, though still nowhere near as power, Superman is FTL and whatnot, but not the the point he is in danger of breaching into Heaven and unmaking reality.

Superman, Flash, Guy Gardner and Stewart (T3h black Lantern), and the villains in DC are far superior. Darkseid, Joker, Lex Luthor, all are superior to most of Marvel.
