Star Trek has always bored me. Not big on traditional sci-fi stuff 😛 I'm more of a fantasy person, and Star Wars is pretty much fantasy in outer space. And yes, I still want to be a Jedi, damnit.

And I'm pretty sure that individually the pair of us outgeek everyone else here 😛

Lol, the animu convos only make things worse... two of my good friends are ultra weeaboo and by extension I know about lots of it. In fact those weeaboos are taking a trip to Japan in a couple of months... I fear for their sanity.

Also, the listing for the events tricked us, there was a GG event listed and our hearts leapt for joy thinking there was a tournament, was not. We were sad. 🙁

One of my friends used to go to Metrocon every year, she said it's pretty awesome.
