I put a rubber band on the analog of my controller while in stealth mode and stealth into a wall behind people, while I am fapping. Gets it up incredibly fast. Pun not intended.
I love Oblivion, kicked it's ass last year and got all the achievments, but Shivering Isles. My character was a beast. Umbra, Boots of Springheel Jack, Gray Fox's Cowl(?), and the Dark Brotherhood's leader's robes were WIN.
Edit: Also, a good tip if they haven't patched it, You can use Shadowmere, the horse u get from the darkbrotherhood missions, as infinate storage for your items. Just knock him unconcious, and put the items you want to store in him.

Speaking of horses, I always captured the Unicorn as my horse. The only bad thing was that it would randomly stop being your horse and attack you, at which point you had to capture it via invisibility again.
