That's flawed logic as well Moo.

Why would you assume Death is that frail? It is the same logic Quan was using.

He would not be able to support his own weight were he that frail.

He isn't paper, and Moo was just exaggerating, hopefully.
Neither is he supadupadurable as quanchi112 has made him out to be as he simply lacks durability feats. Far as we're concerned, he's slightly above peak-human.

So, does anyone know what the Day and Night thing in the previews of Toy Story 3 was about? It caught my attention. And now I wonder how they could possibly make a movie about those two.

It might have just been an entertaining short, now that I think about it.

Meh, Death is whatever he has the feats to be, without the feats he's just a d00d with a neato Scythe you steal.

Ripping a d00d in half will never be enough to match Kratos' strength.

Link needs to increase his weight to do so it doesn't increase his hand strength. without the increased body weight Link gets harmlessly tossed out the ring.

No, we don't need to see feats to assume something is an obvious test of strength. To suggest it doesn't imply he's strong is asinine.

Prove it weighs a ton or more. We also don't know much weight the boots gave him which made all of this possible.

Yes, if he could do so on his own with his own body weight then this is what he is capable of. I don't see Bo or Link as being portrayed as strong just skilled enough and smart enough to cheat with the boots.

1. BASIC. ****ING. PHYSICS.

2. It proves he is pretty strong, being able to rip a normal person in half is pretty strong, nearly as strong as say, someone like Kratos? Nah.

3. I am not Maxwell sir, I will not do the calcs, but based on their relative size compared to boulders, a ton sounds about right.

4. PHYSICS, LEARN IT.

How is it asinine? What it is is not assuming Death is incredibly durable. It can imply strength all it wants, but it's not going to be anywhere near as good as you want it to be.
I'm not saying incredibly durable I am saying it's an obvious strength feat. If Link rips a giant spider in half we know that's a strength feat regardless of durability feats being in place.

Quan, do not post on this topic again until you grasp basic physics.

Seriously.

When you realize fictional characters don't have to adhere to physics then get back to me.

From what I read they was talking about weight.

and no I do have a chioce, the impact would be greater because of the speed the Goron was rolling. Imagine trying to push a boulder, and then try imagining stopping one from crushing you flat. Which one would be more difficult?
This is just common sense.

Link can' thorw a goron in a match yet he can throw a rolling one because that's easier.

The only reason he stopped them is because he increased his own weight. That's not a strength feat if h eneeds to wear something to initially make the stop possible.

Pixar movies often have shorts before them.

A Pixar short film.

YouTube video
This here is my personal favourite of the Pixar short films.

Oh, I forgot all about those. I hadn't seen a Pixar film in such a long time.

1.The game makes it clear you need the boots so this isn't what Link is capable of on his own.

2. I never once said he was ever as strong as Kratos. he is strong enough to kill Kratos not as strong as Kratos is.

3.Speculation.

4.fiction, doesn't have to adhere to physics.

1. How large is Death? That can give an indication of strength.

2. Except when they do. In this case, Twilight Princess does, it is stated that because Gorons are so heavy that you need to be heavy in order to match them. This is basic physics, shut the **** up when you don't know what you are talking about.

3. Not easier to actually pick up, they are the same weight, only one has limbs and footing to push back on Link.

4. Shut up. Physics. Zelda was adhering to it.

No one could do it without the boots, no one, you NEED an anchor, period, to stop a heavier mass in motion.

Also, this has nothing to do with his strength only his weight. Link doesn't need the boots to rip a man's heart out.

No. Dante's nowhere close to strong enough, period.

No, they're stated to be made of rock, period.

It does it's best. We should not assume they don't unless we actually see them intentionally broken.

1. Because he is not heavy enough, they do not make him stronger, this is basic physics, and Zelda was adhering to them.

2. What feats does he have? Kratos was able to catch the Blade of Olympus in his hands wielded by Zeus, who based on what admittedly little I know of Dante makes Dante look like a paramecium in strength.

3. BloodRain calced them to be roughly five tons in weight. So yeah. How heavy do you think they were? Much heavier than Bo, who himself is a very large man.

4. No, they do not have to, except when they ****ing do, as in this case.

Go back to comic vs. where everyone knows you're a joke, please leave Game Vs. alone.

Guys, why do you continue to try and make him understand something he has no intentions of accepting? closedeyes

Ignorance hurts me. Especially willful ignorance.

Egotistical ignorance gets on my nerves. I get that kind of vibe from him and BT.

Cannot get to sleep, and I must kill ignorance as much as I can. So I try to enlighten him. And look how ungrateful he is! He should worship me!

Ignorance? But I thought his opinion was correct? 😛

1.it doesn't matter nothing will be proven either way. I take it as it is a strength feat like most unquantifiable.

2.Yes, they are heavy and yes he needs to increase his own weight to be able to stop their momentum or take them on in a wrestling matchup. In the game though it's not even close to realistic because if you gave yourself iron boots you'd still fall over or get easily tossed aside in the actual matchup irl.

3.Yes, easier because they aren't actively resisting.

4.Try it irl if it was so realistic.

I think Kratos could have easily. I guess you don't I agree to disagree.

You are right he doesn't need the boots to do so but he has never shown the ability to do so or the strength.

Yes, he is.

They have rock pieces on them if you look at them you can tell they aren't even 70 percent rock. Wow.

Not really.

1.Yes, which means he doesn't have the size to do so without the boots making it a gear related feat.

2.So? He can't catch every attack on him so what's your point? You take one feat and then apply it to him at 100 percent success rate. You don't get how he is portrayed and just want to go by high end feats.

3.It's all speculation.

4.Wrong.

Quit crying and be a man.

So mad right now...

I left my Wii at my mother's house thinking that it would be fine. No one's even gonna play it at all. I come over and there are children and I have no Homebrew Channel.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what in the name of reggie are you doing that the wii asked for an update?

I hate children so ****ing much. I have never not had data erased on my consoles by children
