I wish for a Water type entry hazard. Sink Holes or something. Reduce the popularity of Rock and Ground. And Flying types can be immune to entry hazards except Stealth Rock, which I'm really amazed they aren't anyway. I think they're immune to Spikes though. Yeah.

To be fair, dragons have been the most consistantly cool ones.

I'm not sure about UU(you all have way more Rock threats than we do), but Ground is already kept in check by Water. Water is almost too good honestly. Fire would get screwed over more than it already has.

I really don't understand how you can dislike some of those. o.o

I guess I can see Heatran and Altaria. But Empoleon? Breloom? INFERNAPE? Daaaaaaaaang. And how do you not like a lot of the newest ones? Some of these things are seriously badass. 😬

Perhaps an electric hazard to complement/replace my wish for the water hazard then. Probably complement since it'd just make grounds even better. Balancing the Pokemans metagame is not easy. I'd almost bet it cannot be done completely.

Some are surprised that I think Salamence looks stupid too. Gen V is the lamest so far 131. Zekrom and Lilligant are tolerable I guess. Zoroark is the only design I'd actually call decent though.

At least its a step up from Froslass.

Yeah, I doubt it'll be truly balanced. Plus, it appears Game Freak likes screwing over half the game with stuff like Stealth Rock. I think the Balloon was supposed to be the great Ground equalizer, at least in GF's head.

I'm not particularly fond of Salamence either, but at least it's a decent attempt on the western take of dragons. Personally I'd enjoy a better attempt. Perhaps something with wings that don't look like cut pieces of red construction paper.

Zoroark is one of my least favorite designs. 😐 Braviary, Denchura, Gigigiaru, the karate duo, the Musketeers based quartet, Victini, Gigalith, Kokoromori, Waruvial, Archeos, Reniculus, Emonga, Shandera, Buffalon, Ainto, Sazandora, and even Nattorei. You don't like any of these?

IIRC, Jynx is Ice and Lance uses Dragons. Is that really surprising?

Yeah, actually. Jynx was even faster than his Pokemans. And Lance's team included a Gyrados and Charizard.
