Depends on how long he/she waited before using the move. A moderate rate should have given them enough time to click the right move. If they were in a hurry I could understand.

Well, Brawl/Melee tourney tomorrow. Only Participating in Melee. Also a SF4/Tekken6/MvC3 tournament, sadly two of those games are boring as ****. Gonna play lots of casuals in MvC3 cause the tournament proper for it takes place at the same time as the Melee one... Priorities mang.
