GK: The 3D effect is, well, 3D. But I noticed it was more "foreground, midground, background" planes of depth rather than true depth. But that might simply be because these are the first games.

It game Peach a headache just looking at it for a moment, though.

And they were showing them off at Navy Pier. We got there just a few minutes before their demo ended.

Peach says: Basically, we were there at the right time. They were doing a demo thing and we got to take a look. It did give me a headache pretty fast, though. Which sucks but I had kind of expected that to happen, I've never been good with 3D. Also if you're not looking at it straight-on with the 3D effect on, it looks terrible.

Ah I see. Sorry to hear about the headache. Hope I won't have that problem. 3D has never given me much of a problem. And hopefully bad graphics won't be that bad when I see them. And even if they are, I'll just play old DS games. 😛
