Thor's actually defeated Galactus before with his own power under normal circumstances. Thor is far more powerful than Superman as well. The point is all of these guys are in the same league this idea that superman is the most powerful hero out there is just a myth.

WW almost killed Superman while she was holding back and he was trying to kill her, Orion beat him whereas Superman has never bested Orion, Captain Marvel has ko'd him though be it a cheapshot he went down easily, Darkseid has slapped him and defeated him before, Kalibak knocked him senseless, as has Konvikt---need I go on ?
The point is all of the elite heroes are in the same league with different strengths and weaknesses benefiting various characters from matchup to matchup but Superman isn't in a league of his own he's in the norm of the powerful marvel/dc heroes.

Thor at his best vs. wolverine at his best it's a noncontest it's only a contest when they play Thor down but in the end this is about money and wolverine is far more profitable than Thor is.
In terms of power Thor's leaps and bounds greater than wolverine which had to do with my original point and you tried steering the conversation into combat formidability which is a separate issue entirely.
