It's hard to say.

Kratos has the raw physical power to fight a Carnifex, and IMO could kill one in melee without too much trouble. To go bigger than a Carnifex, you're reaching Greater Daemon, Avatar of Khaine, Daemon Prince, and Primarch level.

I suppose Kratos fighting an average Greater Daemon is debateable. Not a Primarch though, I really doubt that.

Edit: Also, Gork and Mork? Khorne? 😬 Khorne is a Chaos God who can destroy planets with a single swing of his axe, and Gork, let alone Gork and Mork, has proven to be able to beat Khorne's ass, and their combined power scares the Emperor.
