I wouldn't mind punching those brats in the face but killing them is a little extreme don't ya think? Besides, why kill them when in Elder Scrolls, you can make them miserable? In Skyrim, I forced the Jarl of Whiterun's family to move out of their luxurious home. I imagine that little snot is a victim to poverty now. That'll teach him for calling me his father's boot licker for the 100th time.
When Fallout 3 first came out, the ability to blow the heads and limbs off of people and watch their corpses ragdoll off of obstacles as they flew across Megaton or Little Lamplight was one of the most fun "Just for fun" things to do in the game. Without the context of story, blowing people up was far more fun than standard combat or lock picking, ect.
And those kids SUCKED. >=( So, in a word, no.
