Keep in mind that this is supposed to be a fairly family friendly site, and it could be dangerous to have someone who has admitted to having an attraction to children here, where a lot of people ages 13-14 post, not worth the risk. It was a matter of safety, really.

Well, it's just that something like this is not really appropriate to discuss in public. If you have an issue with it, then you take it up privately with those involved. Saves everyone trouble.

And BF is right. As I said before - that's something that could actually get people into legal trouble.

Fascist didn't bring it up. The guy who got banned blatantly admitted it for no reason, all fascist said was that he was banned from another site, Nikk chose to admit why on his own.

A person shouldn't admit his/her past or present problems on a PUBLIC forum, especially if it's something serious.

It's not a matter of whether it's wrong, it's a matter of doing it in the proper venues, and, again, a matter of safety and peace of mind for the members here.

Well, it is easier to admit something on Internet than in real life....but maybe not on PG-13 forum. Ultimately, is is all up to site administator and his policy.

Absolutely. I'm sure there are forums that exist just for the purpose of discussing such topics, though this is not one of them.
