She's one of those really uptight perfectionists...which is a really, really poor fit for this store, because we've always been really laidback about everything, and it works for us. Customers love it, too.
She's also coming from a store that's always had horrible performance to one that's always consistently done great...and yet wants to change everything to her methods...when she's already dragging us down after two days.
On top of that, I really don't appreciate being talked down to like she was doing, and I can't stand managers that just stand there and do nothing when there's a ton of stuff to get done.
I'll stay through August, when my paid time off kicks in, but then I'm gone, whether I have another job lined up or not.
