That's part of what makes the simple image so great. She's not real, so she can't be dumb, or unlikable, or mean. Granted, she can't be smart, or kind, or funny either. Nor does she exist below the neck.
She exists solely as the artist's rendition of a pretty faced girl and the rest is nonexistent. And something that doesn't exist can't be disappointing.
