Woohoo, official off-topic thread!

Is it my controller, or does the d-pad on the Xbox 360 controller suck total balls?

Every time there has to be one quad on the d-pad (one of the 4 directions) that I have to press really hard for my console to read the command. The direction that's faulty could change if I press down really hard on the d-pad, but always there'll be one quad that has to be pressed hard. I cannot simply do this because I would be pressing on every other part on the d-pad lightly, so it'd cause an imbalance and affect how I play in the long run.

I'm going to buy another controller from a store and see if the problem persists.

I even found myself resorting to use the analog stick while playing DOA4 due to how much ass the d-pad was sucking. 😬

the mods are working on it right now but i know its a pain in the ass so i'm sure it'll take a while but i'm just trying to get people aware and psyked about it

yeh it sounds good, i think people from outside should be the judges, Mods if they want but perhaps people who dont debate on here too much but know a minimal knowledge on the characters being debated, for example Sephiroth VS xemnas, i think perhaps the Judges should have some idea of the characters anyway, Fanboyism is ruled out ofc?
