Ganon and Ganondorf can be used interchangeably to refer to his human form.

I see, i know that Ganon is Ganondorf after being changed by the triforce thats it (i don't play Zelda, i don't really like it that muchl.)

Although i enjoyed Link to the Past.

Ganondorf started being referred to as Ganon after achieving the Triforce of Power in OoT, yes. However, his demonic form has always been known simply known as Ganon.

Yeah, I'm personally just gonna wait until all Zelda games are released until I think about the timeline. Some basic things are regarded as fact, both WW and TP take place after OoT.
