That's one really, really powerful hurricane.

Well the rain today was from the remains of hurricane Ike making its way up here. That's actually normal, for us to have storms caused by hurricanes heading inland.

No idea where the hell the rain Friday or yesterday came from though.

Hearing about yesterday's and Friday's rain was pretty bad.

7 inches of rain just yesterday. Which, uh, kinda set a record here. Soooo many roads are closed because they're flooded out right now.

about a mid B at the moment, which I worked my butt off for but the thing is, its really difficult to rise my grade because you need to be able to do about 25 diffrent stiches and styles on one piece of cloth in about 25 minutes to gain near to A standard, A standard is difficult because nobody so far has got it in my year

a B is still good, it's better than what I have in Chemistry. 25 stitches in 25 minutes is too hard. I'm suprised you have a B.

I will say not to give up. Believe me, I know it is hard. I remember seening my mom get mad at it. But she was able to do it. If you don't give up and try hard, your garde shall be at an A in no time.
