You're having trouble with glitches with it? That's odd; the only weirdness I ever had (other than disc read errors which is just my 360 starting to show its age) was sometimes Elika would stick/hover until I touched her, or occasionally the text lagged when compared to the voice acting.

She was not visible for the majority of the beginning of the game, Kotaku reports it as a very common problem.
